FREE TIME Free Time
I've got some free time
I've got all day to spend
I've got some hours here to lend
I've got an ear you can bend
Why don't we unwind
Whatever's on your mind
We'll count the clouds up in the sky
We'll shoot the breeze
I'll tell you why

'Cause we've got free time
And plenty more tomorrow
Yesterday was beg and borrow
Now we're laughing at our sorrows
In the sunshine
It's rollickin' to frolic in today
We won't do anything
That we don't feel like

     We can talk about
Whatever you want to talk about
Whatever you want to talk about

It's past my bed time
All my stories have been read
My pillow's calling for my head
But still I run around instead
Turn on my night-light
I'll slowly close my eyes
In my imagination station
Till the glory of sunrise

     I can dream about
Whatever I want to dream about
Whatever I want to dream about

They call it free time
'Cause they don't have to pay you
Let that sweet freedom sway you
Like a wheatfield waving high
I've got some cheap wine
Now let's uncork the bottle
We can dilly and dally and dawdle
Rocking chairs beside the fire

     You can think about
Whatever you want to think about
Whatever you want to think about
Whatever you want to think about
